Unless otherwise indicated, the Library Board of Trustees meets on the 3rd Monday in January, March, May, July, September and November. Meetings are posted in the programs/events calendar and are open to the public with the exception of Executive Sessions.
Citizens are welcome to address the Board of Trustees, for a maximum of three minutes, during the Public Comment section of the meeting. In order to address the Board about an issue on a particular Library Board meeting agenda, please call 585-293-2009 or email lynn.brown@libraryweb.org by 5:00 p.m. on the day prior to the meeting and provide name, address, organization represented (if any), and the topic.
